By day and by night – LASCANA launches new TV ads

 Following the success of its autumn 2014 TV ad campaign, LASCANA is ramping up its TV presence with two new ads to be broadcast at different times of day. These will be shown as daytime and night-time ads on German channels VOX, Sixx as well as on newly contracted broadcasters ProSieben and Sat1. Whereas last year's TV campaign focused on happiness and holiday fun, the new LASCANA ads whisk viewers away to a sensual, summery world.
Erin Heatherton, former Victoria's Secret Angel and ex-girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio, is the star of the campaign. As the new face of LASCANA, she will present its latest swimwear collection. "With her feminine curves, freckles and genuine smile, Erin Heatherton is a natural beauty – and conveys our brand values extremely well", says Sarah Rissen, Marketing Manager LASCANA.
The two ads were filmed on Mauritius at the luxury resort The Residence by Cenizaro. For the daytime ad, Erin Heatherton posed on the resort’s beach, while for the night-time ad she was filmed emerging from the pool against the backdrop of the hotel's atmospheric lighting. Besides the visuals, the backing track’s laid-back lounge beat adds a sensual, dream-like mood. Fashion blogger Vanessa Bloome, alias Joleena, provided the music for the LASCANA ads. She says, "The images and music portray women who are happy with how they are, and enjoy being sensual, self-confident and cheeky."
